Peter Kirsh
Peter Kirsh founded The Kirsh Law Firm in 2006. He has practiced real estate law since graduating from Widener University School of Law in 1993. Prior to founding the Kirsh Law Firm, Mr. Kirsh was in-house legal counsel for MBNA America Bank (now part of Bank of America), where he provided legal guidance on matters involving the purchase, development, operation and disposal of real estate, contracts and commercial transactions, the purchase and sale of assets, and corporate governance. He also acted as a staff attorney for the House of Representatives in the Delaware State General Assembly and is a former Wolcott Judicial Clerk to the Chief Justice of the Delaware Supreme Court. Mr. Kirsh began his law career at the Wilmington, Delaware, law firm of Richards, Layton & Finger.
A 1993 graduate of the Widener University School of Law, Mr. Kirsh graduated summa cum laude and ranked third in his graduating class. He is the 1992 recipient of the Widener University President's Award which is given annually to the law student who has demonstrated scholastic achievement and possesses high potential for meaningful contribution to the law school, the community and the profession.
Mr. Kirsh is a member of the Maryland and Delaware State Bars, and is licensed to conduct settlements on properties located in Maryland, Delaware and Pennsylvania. Mr. Kirsh focuses on representing property owners, buyers, sellers and lenders in all matters of residential and commercial real estate transactions.

Julie Panaro
Julie Panaro has practiced commercial real estate law in Delaware since graduating from Widener University School of Law in 2001. Ms. Panaro began working with The Kirsh Law Firm in the Fall of 2010. Prior to joining The Kirsh Law Firm, Ms. Panaro practiced law with Richards, Layton & Finger, P.A., in Wilmington, DE. Ms. Panaro focuses on representing lenders, borrowers, buyers, sellers, landlords, tenants and developers in all matters of commercial real estate transactions.
From 2008 – 2010, Ms. Panaro served as the Chair of the Partnerships and Limited Liability Companies Committee of the Special Investors and Investment Structure Group and was a Member of the Continuing Education Committee of the Real Property, Probate and Trust Section of the American Bar Association. Preceding these appointments, Ms. Panaro was named a Fellow with the American Bar Association Real Property, Probate and Trust Section for 2005 - 2007. Ms. Panaro is the co-founder and past inaugural President of the Delaware chapter of Commercial Real Estate Women (CREW), now known as Delaware Real Estate Women, Inc., is a member of the Commercial Industrial Realty Council, and is a member of the Real & Personal Property Section of the Delaware State Bar Association.
Ms. Panaro has been a speaker for the National Business Institute and the American Bar Association on various occasions. Ms. Panaro has written several publications and provided the Delaware section of the Real Estate Quarterly Reporter for the American Bar Association from 2005 - 2010.
In addition to her legal career, Ms. Panaro is a co-owner and Vice President of Panaro Construction, Inc., a general contracting company licensed in Maryland, Pennsylvania and Delaware. Panaro Construction, Inc. specializes in residential new home construction and renovations. The mission of Panaro Construction, Inc. is to improve the living standard of all of humanity through the built environment. To achieve its mission, Anthony and Julie Panaro, owners of Panaro Construction, Inc., have developed their exclusive EverLife Design™ technique, which marries green building principles with accessible design to create sustainable, beautiful homes that are ready for the needs of today and the needs of tomorrow. EverLife Design™ was developed using an advisory panel comprised of Energy Star, the AARP, the Delaware chapter of the Visiting Nurse Association, and the University of Delaware’s recently launched Delaware Design Institute.

Sara Auerbach
Prior to joining The Kirsh Law Firm in 2008, Sara Auerbach was a Judicial Law Clerk for The Honorable Judge Jay H. Conner and The Honorable Judge Mark D. Buckworth in the Delaware Family Court for New Castle County. Ms. Auerbach graduated cum laude from the Widener University School of Law in 2006, where she was a member of the Moot Court Honors Society. Ms. Auerbach earned her B.A. from the Pennsylvania State University in 2002.
Ms. Auerbach primarily focuses on representing purchasers and property owners in residential real estate settlements. She is a member of the Delaware State Bar and is licensed to conduct settlements on properties located in Delaware and Maryland.
