Peter Kirsh and everyone at The Kirsh Law Firm and Kirsh Title Services are proud to offer our "Preliminary Settlement Sheet" program. This free service will assist realtors, lenders and buyers in estimating the closing costs for a proposed purchase or refinance. Simply provide us with the county and state of the property, the proposed purchase price, and the anticipated loan amount. We will quickly provide you with a preliminary settlement sheet showing the buyer's estimated closing costs, including title charges, title insurance premiums, recording fees, transfer and recordation taxes, and survey costs (but excluding lender's fees and property tax prorations). Provide us with the street address and in most cases we will be able to include the property tax prorations as well.

There is no charge for this service. In most cases we will be able to provide the estimated settlement sheet within a few hours, or the next business day at the latest.

*By signing above, the requesting party indicates his/her understanding that the estimated settlement sheet to be provided by Kirsh Title Services, Inc., contains estimated figures only and will not include all settlement costs to be paid by the buyer, the seller, or any other party. Expressly excluded from the estimated settlement sheet will be any fees to be charged by lenders and realtors. Some of the charges listed on the estimated settlement sheet are for anticipated services to be provided by third party contractors, such as surveyors and title abstractors, and Kirsh Title Services, Inc., has no control over such costs. Kirsh Title Services, Inc., shall not be liable for any discrepancies between the estimated figures shown on the estimated settlement sheet and the actual expenses to be paid by any party.
