Want to know what your closing costs will be before you make an offer?

Peter Kirsh and everyone at Kirsh Title Services are proud to offer our "Preliminary Settlement Sheet" program. This free service will assist realtors, lenders and buyers in estimating the closing costs for a proposed purchase or refinance. Simply provide us with the county and state of the property, the proposed purchase price, and the anticipated loan amount. We will quickly provide you with a preliminary settlement sheet showing the buyer's estimated closing costs, including title charges, title insurance premiums, recording fees, transfer and recordation taxes, and survey costs (but excluding lender's fees and property tax prorations). Provide us with the street address and in most cases we will be able to include the property tax prorations as well.

There is no charge for this service. In most cases we will be able to provide the estimated settlement sheet within a few hours, or the next business day at the latest.
