Peter Kirsh founded The Kirsh Law Firm in 2006 and brings more than 30 years of experience in real estate law to every transaction. He represents home buyers, sellers, property owners, real estate agents, and lenders in residential and commercial real estate matters, with a strong focus on efficient, well-managed closings.

Mr. Kirsh earned his Juris Doctor from Widener University School of Law in 1993, graduating summa cum laude and ranking third in his class. He was also awarded the Widener University President’s Award, recognizing outstanding academic achievement and leadership potential.

Prior to founding The Kirsh Law Firm, Mr. Kirsh served as in-house legal counsel for MBNA America Bank (now part of Bank of America), advising on real estate acquisition, development, operation, and disposition, as well as contracts, commercial transactions, asset purchases and sales, and corporate governance. Earlier in his career, he worked as a Wolcott Judicial Clerk to the Chief Justice of the Delaware Supreme Court, served as a staff attorney for the Delaware House of Representatives, and practiced at the Wilmington law firm Richards, Layton & Finger.

Mr. Kirsh is admitted to practice law in
Maryland and Delaware
and is licensed to conduct real estate settlements in Maryland, Delaware, and Pennsylvania. He is known for his practical approach, clear communication, and commitment to helping transactions close smoothly and on time.
Sara Auerbach, Esq.
Senior Associate Attorney
Sara Auerbach has been employed with The Kirsh Law Firm since 2009. Prior to joining the firm, she served as a Judicial Law Clerk to the Honorable Jay H. Conner and the Honorable Mark D. Buckworth in the Delaware Family Court, New Castle County. Ms. Auerbach graduated cum laude from Widener University School of Law in 2006, where she was a member of the Moot Court Honors Society, and earned her Bachelor of Arts degree from The Pennsylvania State University in 2002.
Ms. Auerbach’s practice focuses primarily on representing purchasers and property owners in residential real estate settlements. She is a member of the Delaware State Bar and is licensed to conduct real estate settlements on properties located in both Delaware and Maryland.

In her free time, Ms. Auerbach enjoys reading, baking, crafting, and spending time with her family at the Jersey Shore.

Tara McDonald
Paralegal, Pre-Closing
Prior to joining the Kirsh Law Firm in 2023, Tara was a dedicated student athlete at Wilmington University where she completed her undergraduate program in Legal Studies.
She enjoys the always evolving legal field and competitive real estate market where she works closely with clients and attorneys to help keep matters moving smoothly. During her time at Kirsh, she has continued to grow her interest in real estate law and her desire to keep learning.
Tara values understanding how things work behind the scenes and how that knowledge can make a real difference for both clients and her team. She’s motivated to keep growing within the firm and to build her skills so she can better support the people she works with every day.
Outside of work, Tara enjoys traveling to new places, cooking, and being active. She values being part of a collaborative team and takes pride in contributing to a positive, supportive work environment.
Alicia Johnson
Senior Paralegal, Pre-Closing
Alicia Johnson is a real estate paralegal at Kirsh with over eight years of experience in the real estate industry. She supports all stages of real estate transactions, working closely with attorneys, clients, and third parties to keep matters organized, accurate, and moving forward. Known for her attention to detail and dependable approach, Alicia plays an important role in helping transactions reach the finish line smoothly.
With a strong background in real estate, Alicia brings both practical experience and a collaborative mindset to her work. She takes pride in being a reliable resource for the legal team and clients alike, and values clear communication and thoughtful problem-solving throughout the transaction process.

Alicia earned her Bachelor’s degree in Legal Studies from Wesley College. Outside the office, she enjoys traveling, spending time with her dog, Karma, and cheering on the Philadelphia Eagles.

Angela Almonte
Paralegal, Pre-Closing
Angela Almonte is an experienced Bilingual Real Estate Paralegal with a strong background in residential real estate transactions, mortgage documentation, and regulatory compliance. She brings extensive experience coordinating complex real estate processes, reviewing legal and financial documents, and ensuring accuracy and compliance throughout each transaction. Her role involves resolving title issues, creating positive connections with clients involved in each transaction and providing support to the Firm and its clients.
Angela holds a Bachelor of Science in Organizational Management from Wilmington University and an Associate’s degree in Micro-Computer Systems and Applications. She is recognized for her meticulous attention to detail, ability to manage multiple priorities, and commitment to delivering high-quality work in fast-paced, compliance-driven environments.
Allison Tiffin
Senior Paralegal, Post-Closing Manager
Allison started in the real estate industry back in 2011 as a Title Abstractor.
That knowledge was then brought over to Kirsh Law Firm in 2016 where she became the Post-Closing Manager. Allison’s main duties include handling lender packages, funding and recordings.
Allison enjoys spending any time she can with her husband, Jake and daughter, Riley. Most days are filled with cheering her daughter on as she is involved in multiple sports. Allison also enjoys being “Team Mom” for all those sports.


Sara Brock
Office Administration, Senior Paralegal
Sara joined the Kirsh Law team in 2017, bringing with her valuable experience from the mortgage and loan processing industry. She earned her Bachelor’s degree in Finance from the University of Maryland in 2018.
At the firm, Sara plays an integral role in human resource and administrative functions, while also serving as a Post-Closing Paralegal.
Outside of the office, Sara enjoys spending time with her husband and two young children, reading, and caring for her ever-growing collection of plants.
Amanda Casper
Senior Paralegal
Amanda started in the real estate industry in 2003 as a receptionist for a title company.
She then joined The Kirsh Law Firm in 2008. Amanda has become one of our employees who wears many hats. Amanda currently manages our processing department along with assisting our Post-Closing department.
Amanda enjoys spending time with her husband and two children and her first grandson. She also enjoys hiking and fishing.


John Sullivan
Title Processing Manager
John is a Delaware native. He has worked at Kirsh Law Firm since September 2015. John has two adult children and two grandchildren. John attended St. Mark’s High School, the University of Delaware and Delaware Law School. He resides in Bear, DE.
Natalie Ginski
Paralegal Aid
Natalie joined Kirsh Title in May 2022, beginning her career with the firm in reception before advancing into a Paralegal Aide role in August 2025 after completing her Associate’s Degree in Paralegal Studies. She is especially motivated by the opportunity to answer questions, ease concerns, and provide thoughtful guidance during what can often be an unfamiliar or stressful experience for clients.
Working at Kirsh Title has helped fuel Natalie’s interest in the legal field, inspiring her to return to school to pursue Legal Studies at the University of Baltimore. She values continuous learning and is driven by a desire to better understand legal processes and how they directly impact the people involved. Natalie is highly motivated to grow professionally within the firm and is committed to expanding her knowledge in order to better serve both clients and colleagues.

This same sense of curiosity carries into Natalie’s life outside of work. She enjoys creative projects, traveling, and cooking, valuing the balance these interests bring to her daily life. Natalie appreciates being part of a collaborative team environment and is motivated by contributing to a smooth, supportive, and positive experience for everyone she works with.

Hannah Sewell
Receptionist, Administrative Assistant
Hannah Sewell originally from Tennessee, now calls Maryland home. Hannah graduated from the University of Tennessee at Chattanooga in '19 earning a degree in Criminal Justice. During her time at the University of Tennessee at Chattanooga, she was a member of the Beta Kappa chapter where she participated in volunteer efforts and supported philanthropic initiatives. Prior to joining the Kirsh Law Firm in September '25, she served as administrative support and a talent acquisition specialist for a local Sheriff's Office in Tennessee for several years.
She now serves as a receptionist for the Kirsh Law Firm where she continues to apply her experience in a professional legal setting while contributing to efficient operations and positive client interactions. Outside of her career, Hannah enjoys reading, traveling, and spending time with her dog.
Gabrielle Johnson
Receptionist, Administrative Assistant
Gabrielle Johnson is a graduate of Delaware Military Academy with a strong background in entrepreneurship, customer service, business operations, and property management. She brings over eight years of experience as a successful business owner, along with five years of hands-on experience in property management. Through these roles, she has developed strong skills in client relations, organization, time management, problem-solving, and maintaining a high level of professionalism.
A proud mother of two, Gabrielle has balanced family life with business ownership and professional responsibilities, further strengthening her discipline, adaptability, and work ethic. She joined the firm in 2026 as she pursued a full-time professional role as an additional career path, eager to contribute her leadership abilities, dedication, and people-centered approach to a growing team.

Gabrielle takes pride in being dependable, detail-oriented, and fully committed to excellence in everything she does.
